CLIENTS DECLARATION
I agree to give 100% commitment to everything I do with Red Gorilla training from this point forward.
Red Gorilla Training operates on a 28 day period all sessions within a given period must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the given period. The Trainer reserves the right to withhold confirmation of any booking failing to comply with the terms set out in this paragraph 2
I agree that once my trainer and I have agreed either verbally or in writing at the discretion of the Trainer upon the most appropriate training programme/ package for me, payment as set out in paragraph 2 must be made before sessions commence. I agree that failure to make payment will result in my sessions being forfeited.
I agree that all prepaid sessions must be used within a 28 day period. Outstanding sessions may be carried over the 28 days, at the absolute discretion of the Trainer.
The duration of this contract is subject to a minimum term of 2 consecutive periods of 28 days and rolling periodic thereafter.
Should you wish to cancel the contract during the maximum term stated in paragraph 5 you will still be charged and remain liable for the duration of the minimum term.
Termination of the contract outside of the minimum term will require 30 days notice in writing
If the situation subject to 7a. arises where an appointment cannot be made by either party the trainer will offer a minimum of 2 alternative appointments in that week. If the alternative sessions cannot be made they must be rescheduled within the following month or the session will be forfeit.
In the event that the client fails to give 24 hours' notice that a session cannot be made paragraph 7 shall not apply and the missed session will be forfeited at the discretion of the Trainer
All sessions will last 1 hour unless otherwise stated such as (Boxfit, HIIT training, technique sessions). I agree that my Trainer is not required to provide the full duration of the session if I am late.
I understand the results of any training programme or coaching course are not guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions.
I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If I sustain a claim to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme. I acknowledge that my Trainer is not liable, except where the injury was caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of my Trainer.
I certify that my answers to the questions outlined in the (PARQ) are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my ongoing responsibility to inform my Trainer of the conditions or changes in my health, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
I understand that in the unlikely event of my Trainer being unable to continue my training, I can have a full refund on outstanding sessions.
I understand that Kieron Lunnon is a self-employed, independent, freelance trainer. I acknowledge that I am entering into a contract with Red Gorilla Training
